As I was preparing for my post today, I found that no deep, intellectual, inspirational, encouraging, life-changing topics came to mind. So, my motto is "If you can't be deep, be funny!"

Last time, my topic was teaching. This week, my topic is healthy living... or lack of in my case. :) Enjoy!
